NO! HOW COULD THEY? How dare those guinea motherfuckers convict an innocent girl with not a SHRED of evidence against her? You’ve all heard that and one of the things Is Amanda Knox Guilty? does successfully is show that there’s actually quite a bit of evidence against her. She’s a proven liar, her DNA is places in the cottage it really has no business being, she gave multiple different accounts, she tried to frame an innocent man, her borefriend’s DNA is on Meredith Kercher‘s bra clasp, Meredith’s DNA is on her borefriend’s knife, that’s the same borefriend who said “In my previous statement I told a load of rubbish because Amanda had convinced me of her version of the facts and I didn’t think about the inconsistencies”.
Is Amanda Knox Guilty? successfully shows that there’s actually quite a bit of evidence against her.
But it is understandable why Rapeyhell Sollecito would make such a statement. He was a frightened young man in a foreign country spluttering a language he barely understood. Oh wait….
The excellent Andrea Vogt directs and speaks to Meredith’s brother and sister Lyle and Stephanie Kercher. It is the inevitable lot of the murdered’s relatives to be forgotten. Here they at least get a voice. As does Patrick Lumumba. They all want her extradition – why wouldn’t they?
The innocente crew get a chance to rebut the prosecution case. The defence’s forensic biologist Sarah Gino, argues that the mixed DNA of Meredith and Knox could have been saliva and even if it was blood “maybe someone had a bloody nose one time and then another moment someone cut their finger and put it down and their blood got mixed”. Yeah, I bet that’s it. *Harry Hill look to camera*
Of the bra clasp covered with Sollecito DNA independent forensics expert David Balding says contamination is highly unlikely, declaring the clasp “extremely strong evidence”. Gino points to the 46 days between the bra being bagged and the clasp being found. This of course is irrelevant. DNA found years after the event convicts people. The defence knows the playbook well: when you know your guy is guilty you attack the forensics.
Knoxy and Sollecito are as fucked as Michael Dunn when he accidentally strolls into the Black Studies Group in the joint.
We can’t 100% say for sure exactly what happened on that November night in 2007. What we can say with a pretty high degree of certainty is that Poxy Knoxy and Rapeyhell Sollecito are i) involved and ii) as fucked as Michael Dunn when he accidentally strolls into the Black Studies Group in the joint.
The verdict: Colpevole
